By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If ordering is later enabled, placing an order will also confirm acceptance of the version then in force. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or any future ordering service.

Any material eventually released through the catalogue would be intended only for controlled in vitro laboratory research, not for human consumption, self-administration, veterinary use, or clinical application.

If ordering is enabled after the launch gates are completed, purchasing from us will confirm that you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are purchasing for bona fide scientific research purposes only
• Are not purchasing for personal use, human consumption, or self-administration
• Have the appropriate scientific knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Will use released materials only for the stated controlled in vitro laboratory purpose

We reserve the right to cancel any order where we reasonably suspect the above criteria are not met.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, planned purity targets, and analytical data are accurate. During launch preparation, supplier verification and batch documentation are required before a product is treated as available. Batch numbers and Certificates of Analysis will be published for launch-ready batches where applicable.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to change product specifications, pricing, or availability without notice.

When ordering is enabled, placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation. While launch mode is active, ordering may be paused. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion, including if the product is out of stock, if payment is not confirmed, or if we have reason to believe the purchase does not comply with our research-use-only policy.

If checkout is enabled, you will receive an order confirmation email after payment is processed. Please check this carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment methods and processing flows will be confirmed before launch. We do not store card or bank details. Payment must be received in full before any order is dispatched.

Shipping options are still being finalized while supplier verification is in progress. Planned UK tracked delivery options, packaging requirements, and product-specific transit conditions will be confirmed before launch. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative only — we do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Any launch shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout and may change without notice.

If ordering and dispatch are enabled after launch, returns for released materials will be accepted after dispatch only in the following circumstances:

• The product was damaged or materially defective upon arrival
• You received the wrong product
• The product did not meet the stated purity specification (supported by your independent HPLC test)

Once ordering is enabled, a customer seeking a return or refund must contact us at legal@silverpeptide.com within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photographic evidence or independent analytical results.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms. However, if materials are eventually supplied for laboratory research, consumer protection legislation may apply differently — seek independent legal advice if unclear.

All content on this website — including text, images, product descriptions, educational articles, calculators, and branding — is the property of Silver Peptides Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver Peptides Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, including loss of research data, loss of profits, or any claim by a third party.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the relevant product.
