Shipping & Delivery

At launch, orders are planned to ship within the United Kingdom only, via Royal Mail tracked services.

Timeframes are Royal Mail delivery aims, not guarantees. Costs and the free-shipping threshold are indicative and will be confirmed at launch.

The planned arrangement is same-working-day dispatch for orders placed before a daily cut-off (intended around 2pm, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders after the cut-off, at weekends, or on bank holidays would be dispatched the next working day.

A tracking link is planned to be issued by email once an order leaves the facility. The exact cut-off time will be confirmed before launch.

Orders are planned to ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The shipping label would show only the sender's legal entity name and return address — no product names or descriptions are intended to be visible on the outside of the parcel.

Packaging requirements are part of supplier verification and fulfilment setup.

Launch batches are planned to be sealed, labelled with product name, weight, and batch number, and linked to Certificate of Analysis (COA) records. Vials would be protected within rigid, cushioned packaging for transit.

Storage and transit requirements will be finalized for each product before launch.

Tracking information and order-history behaviour will be confirmed before launch.

The planned process below will be confirmed before launch:

• Delayed: if a tracked order has not arrived within 3 business days of the estimated window, contact us and we will open a carrier trace.
• Lost: orders confirmed lost in transit by the carrier will be re-dispatched or refunded.
• Damaged: report visible packaging or vial damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Silver Peptide plans to serve UK-based researchers only at launch. International shipping is not currently planned. Import regulations for research chemicals differ by country and it is the purchaser's responsibility to verify legality in their jurisdiction.
